Free Wellness Clinics
Each month VNA of Care New England offers free wellness clinics where participants can have their blood pressure, heart rate, and glucose levels checked. Our wellness nurses also help people learn about their medications and find community and federal resources to meet their needs. Find a clinic near you.

Steady Strides – One of Top Ten National Programs
VNA of Care New England’s falls prevention program, Steady Strides, is one of 10 programs included in a recently published national study. The study explored 10 innovative and effective home safety and modification programs that help prevent falls and fall-related injuries.
