About Care New England Home Health

VNA of Care New England is a non-profit, Medicare-certified home care and hospice agency. We have been serving adults and senior citizens across Rhode Island since 1908.

Our visiting nurse services and hospice services include a medical director, nurses, rehab therapists, hospice staff, nursing aides, social workers, nutritionists, and a chaplain who provide the complete spectrum of home health needs in communities across Rhode Island.

In addition to home health care visits and a comprehensive hospice care program, our visiting nurse service provides health screenings, influenza (flu shots) and pneumonia vaccines, geriatric care management, postpartum doula services for new mothers and babies, bereavement and support groups, and wellness clinics in a variety of locations around Rhode Island.
